We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment methods (if available).

Orders will only be confirmed once payment is successful or COD is selected.

Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 working days, and delivery takes 5–7 working days.

Delays due to weather, courier issues, or remote locations may occur — we will keep you updated.

We accept returns within 10–15 working days from delivery.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition with tags.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after approval.
